As I mentioned in my last post, I sent off $2697 to nelnet in January. Tomorrow I'm sending a little over $2900 to student loan debt. Grand total to date: $5600.47 in two months. I wrote last night that I wanted to send $3000 this month, and I'm confident that we'll come up with that other $100 in two weeks when the hubs gets paid again.
Also, I've decided to go ahead and pay off the Perkins loan. It's only $4000, and I don't want to drag it out for five years. Plus, I'm not totally certain I'll find myself teaching in five years. Who knows?
